Finding Yellow

This month's rainbow search is for yellow.

And I share with you a book I made some time ago that is filled with yellow.

I also share a few muted yellows I  found around the house.

  1. Such yummy yellows. I think those shells and the daffodils would make such a beautiful watercolor painting. So pretty!

  4. Kim-Thanks so much for joining in on the Search this month. That journal is truly "buttery" as Cindi says. I love the still lifes too..especially the daffodils.

  6. Kim, finding yellow is such a beauty of a post, from your book to the dried daffodils to the shells. I love yellow! Happy April to you. It is finally a bit warmer today...

  7. Your yellow book is so warm...like a candlelit room. Gorgeous. Isn't it interesting to think if you take just one shade of all the yellows that you used, the yellow would be lonely and boring, but put it together with it's sister and brother yellows and you have a cozy family. :)

I loved your finished books in the last post too. My grandmother had an old sewing machine like your moms but sadly it stopped working.

Such a lovely visit whenever I come to your blog. I always come away inspired. You just may see a girl in a yellow dress soon.

PS: I don't know if you knew this or not but on your google profile under the "about" tab there is a place where you can copy and paste your blog link under "contributor to". You can look at mine to see what I mean, but I read somewhere that if you switch to the google plus profile it's a good idea for you to do this so people can get to you more easily.
